No Town and it was beyond belief they were vultures at my bags of shopping!
    No surprise there, then!
  • More and more people hunting the bargains now. Up until a couple of years ago, anything that was hard to find, I'd get from either hall green or edgbaston but these days they get hit the same as all the others. No such thing as a store that doesn't get rummaged through by plenty of people.

I take it the sheldon and yardley stores are small ones? I don't often bother with expresses or metros unless a glitch is specific to this type of store. I did get 130 TCO's, many of which came from rubery metro.
I think the Sheldon store is a biggish one never been there but the Yardley store only opened October time. It looked as if it was going to be a big one. I may venture out there soon to check it out lol.
    £5 a day = £155/£150 for Sept challenge :j
    £5 a day Oct challenge = £19.12 / £155

    Hi
I got a small DTD on a stocking filler today

Lego Bag Tag, found hanging on a clip strip with a SEL £2.97, but whilst getting my DTD for Bakugan I was looking through the Tesco Christmas Offers mag I noticed they were advertised as £1.97 (in-store only) so a nice £2 DTD on that as well.

    (Page 42 of Mag)

Shall phrase this delicately as peeps may still be eating.
Few years ago friend and his mate were on holiday and friends mate had a gippy tummy iyswim. He coughed and had a bit of an accident so nipped into a bar to use their toilets. He took his undies off, then his shorts back on and was looking for somewhere to put the undies. He stood on the loo to put them out the window and found some soil so he buried them. Imagine his embarassment when he went outside and realised he had buried them in a plant pot in an outdoor restaurant.:eek::eek: Friend said he had never seen him move so fast! :rotfl:
Don't you just love them.:rotfl::rotfl:Had an experience whilst in Spain, having a meal. OH had gazpacho, served in a massive dish. He didn't like it so tipped it into the plantpot next to him, looked up and saw loads of people looking at him through the window - didn't realise that we were at the front of the restaurant where the menu was visible outside..................
