hi pls could you extrapolate on this i don't get it ( i know another blonde maths moment:D) i am in need of some pjs desperately for my boys
I exchanged £15 for £30 clothes vouchers, bought 3 items of nightwear, total £31.50 - 3-4-2 = £20.50, gave my £30 clothing voucher and was left with £3 to pay for my other shopping. So the till must have seen the original price of £31.50, hope this make sense0 -
The SA asked the customer if that is the correct price for the item ?
ROFL sorry who is selling to who ?
Superb - gold star to mr t for this one
Is this the right price ?
No it should be a £1 LOL no ok then I will pay what the till says

BTW I had a baked potato for my tea :rotfl::j First mini munchkin due 05/04/2013 :j0 -
I got confused with an actual SEL saying £30 and I'd read on here some people have actually had them scanning at £30) luckily they went through at full price :j:T, made sure I had turned the boxes around and chatted to the SA to keep him distracted (got this down to a fine art now, also helps if its a male;)) By the way dancecrazylegs he did ask me whether that was the right price for each toy but I claimed i didn't know, anyway got DTD back in cash no problems -also used a £7 off £50 spend and a £5 sun coupon from last week:T:T, unfortunately SA scurried off to remove labels
I REALISED AFTER THAT I SHOULD HAVE "HIDDEN" A FEW SETS FOR OTHER MSE'ERS BEFORE GOING TO CS FOR A DTD, COULD I MEEKLY SUGGEST THIS TO EVERYONE-PERHAPS WE COULD PM EACH OTHER RE WHERE WE HAVE "HIDDEN" THEM IN OUR LOCALS? What do you guys think? I know stupidly today I was in a rush because of my mum and didn't think but it would help each other? I know stock gets moved back to it's proper place etc but it gives some of us who can't go flying off because of kids and work a chance too
ps i'm liking the pm idea by czery (can i call you that?)
lala you're doing great (smoking), well done and keep it up just wish i had an excuse for being a moody so and so:A
:eek::eek::eek:
I'd never imagine that all us savvy shoppers would be jumping with joy at something scanning at FULL PRICE :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I think the idea with hiding a little box or two is good especially if you know that someone visits that store... I didn't think of it yesterday...(bet we'll get a good telling off now for fraud and other s4it so off I go to the naughty step right now...

Evening all. I'm gutted with my Mr T shopping today. Travelled to an Extra (Wath-Upon-Dearne) that was listed as having a scanner but when I got there I couldn't find one. Was told by someone in clothing department it was downstairs and by someone downstairs that they didn't have one. My hubby looked and looked but with no success. I thought about going to CS to check but wasn't sure if this would somehow draw attention to what I hoped to do. I'm such a chicken and my heart was racing!! lol So I carried on regardless armed with my list and bar codes. The store was heaving so it was almost impossible to keep checking things on self scan so I opted for items I could afford if they weren't the price I thought they were. Everything came at full price including the £1 calculator. car sponge, kiwi shoe polish, Birds Eye chicken 1/4lb'ers, garnier mineral roll on. Tried to get the pearl/double effect deodorant, kelloggs variety and flash wipes but they were all out of stock. So it turned out to be an expensive shopping trip. Hope all you other lovely people had more success than me today.

I seen these today and did wonder about them but I had been up and down the stairs to the self scanner 3 times by that time. Will try them tomorrow. :beer:
If you were in H.Dean there are 3 working scanners, one on the end of J aisle upstairs, one on health and beauty (opitician end) and the other one in either pet food or next aisle cleaning stuffs. Can confirm all were working Sunday of this week. HTH0
