Got a £5 CC voucher in post today with 3 50 extra points when you spend £5.

How do you seasoned pro's make the most of these please ?

    Thanks.

I'd like to know what to do with mine. My cc is registered at my parents house but I got a statement through for the card I used when I was married. I almost put it in the bin when I realised it was my name on the envelope. I'm guessing the ex has changed the name over. The thing is there's not enough for a voucher on it so is there any way of getting the points off that card and also using the 50 point for £5 added onto my new account?

Hi everyone, SO NO GLITCHES TODAY:eek::eek::eek::(:(:(:(

Amazing what a bit of T's therapy can do to take your mind off things and remind yourself of your priorities in life :rotfl: but I won't start on about that tonight......thanks for all the hugs yesterday. Who needs real friends when I've got you lot?:rotfl::rotfl:

Mum was in alot of pain after her treatment but she rested for a bit in the car while I nipped to a local T's:D got one bakugan set and one lightstrike toy (only risked one of each-think i've lost my confidence a bit because I got confused with an actual SEL saying £30 and I'd read on here some people have actually had them scanning at £30) luckily they went through at full price :j:T, made sure I had turned the boxes around and chatted to the SA to keep him distracted (got this down to a fine art now, also helps if its a male;)) By the way dancecrazylegs he did ask me whether that was the right price for each toy but I claimed i didn't know, anyway got DTD back in cash no problems -also used a £7 off £50 spend and a £5 sun coupon from last week:T:T, unfortunately SA scurried off to remove labels

I REALISED AFTER THAT I SHOULD HAVE "HIDDEN" A FEW SETS FOR OTHER MSE'ERS BEFORE GOING TO CS FOR A DTD, COULD I MEEKLY SUGGEST THIS TO EVERYONE-PERHAPS WE COULD PM EACH OTHER RE WHERE WE HAVE "HIDDEN" THEM IN OUR LOCALS? What do you guys think? I know stupidly today I was in a rush because of my mum and didn't think but it would help each other? I know stock gets moved back to it's proper place etc but it gives some of us who can't go flying off because of kids and work a chance too

also got some flash wipes from a different store on the way home, have gifted them to my mum and sis as I have plenty

    You're a genius...

Apologies if this has already been covered - I have just got in and have a 'few' pages to catch up on but didn't want to delay confirming that this worked.

    I bought 9 Dove gifts at £3.25 each - original price £6.50.

Paid £29.25 and went to CS with magazine in hand. The young lady checked with the department manager who said that they weren't doing 342 at the moment because they were doing half price instead and 342 would be reinstated when half price ended.

I showed her the magazine and said that there was no mention of the 342 not working if another offer clashed with it and it was also in date.

She checked with a Manager who agreed to refund me 'just this once' and she gave me DTD without my having to ask.

So, a spend of £29.25 and a refund of £19.50 giving a total cost of £9.75 for 9 nice smelly gifts.

    Many thanks OP.

i don't get the Maths with this, perhaps caz could help?
if the cheapest out of 3 is free shouldn't you have got £9.75 back....???

edit, duh !just realised did you get DTD?

ps i'm liking the pm idea by czery (can i call you that?)

lala you're doing great (smoking), well done and keep it up just wish i had an excuse for being a moody so and so:A

by the way, did anyone think of best way to approach the following?

Doubled up £20 cc vouchers and got 2 lovely £20 coats both size 12 (one was £50 and other £40 originally) .....now when I got to work decided that one of them comes up a bit small if I want to wear a jumper under it, I know they didnt have any size 14's in store so I popped online and ordered a size 14 to be delivered to store......but had to pay £20 online as no vouchers left to exchange.

So, do you think if I collect the size 14 tomorrow at direct desk......ask them to return it for refund then exchange the size 12 I got with vouchers for the 14 they have just refunded me for?

I think I am making this more complicated than it needs to be...please someone slap me and tell me the correct way of swapping my size 12 for the size 14 !
the best option would be to collect the size 14 from the direct desk then later that day or the next day return the size 12 to the direct desk pretending it was the one you ordered as the dispatch note doesnt state sizes
