  • A paypal INR dispute is probably best, open it now!!!
  • Just to reiterate one of the points made by Chemical Galaxy.
If/when the tickets do arrive, it would be best for you to refuse to accept the delivery and not to sign for them.

This way you will be able to open a non received dispute and as the seller won't be able to provide proof of delivery then you will win the dispute.
If you were to take the delivery then you would have to do a not as described dispute which would probably be a bit trickier.

The postal method sated was next day (recorded), and that's what she told me she was going to use.

Arrrgh, so annoyed. I just hope it's a smooth enough process to get my money back :(
    There is no such service.

Recorded is 1st or 2nd class and is a 'signed for' service. No guarantee of time.

Special Delivery is next day - and if sent on a Friday will come Monday unless the sender pays extra and stipulates a Saturday delivery.

Pull the details of the seller from Ebay and ring them for the tracking details.
  • If they arrive on Monday, you'll have your money back. If you haven't heard from the seller, probably she wasn't aware of the message. If she can provide tracking with special delivery, I would be curious to know the outcome of this case as it's not her fault that there's problem with delays in postage. Have you checked with your local post office? Sometimes, items were stuck there without receiver's notice.
