Still being charged PPI despite successful claim June 2011

HELP!!! We had a successful claim against Santander in June but still being charged PPI on our loan. I have sent loads of e mails to online account helpdesk, sent loads of letters to Santander Compaints Team, PPI Complaints Team, Financial Ombudsman, other branches of Santander and our local branch. Sent numerous e mails to Financial Ombudsman. For some reason our mail kept getting lost according to F.O Hm thought they were in place to deal with financial complaints. WHAT A JOKE THAT IS.None of our mail is being acknowledged. Have rang PPI Team numerous times also wrote and rang Brunel Franklin who acted on our behalf. To date we ave been illegally charged over £140+ interest.NIGHTMARE

    Hi and welcome

As you used a claims company it is their responsibility to deal with this, but if you feel your not getting fair service from the claims company maybe you could contact the Claims Management Regulation, complain that your not happy and your still none or the wiser with your case as its been some time gone by now.

I would also think about contacting your local MP who may give this a push for you, good luck.

Was the loan reset when you won mis sell, this is important,if it was not, that is why you are still paying ppi,the ppi after a win should have come off your loan and your monthly loan payment reduced by the ppi monthly amount.
If it was reset, then do as Di said.
Wouldnt hurt to ring Santander and find out why this is still being taken.
