Recent Vodafone Contract Upgrade

Hello MSEer's

I've recently upgraded my contract on Vodafone through Carphone Warehouse and went for the iPhone 4.

I've been in the contract for 3 months now, and I've just realised my tariff is not correct as agreed when I signed the contract at Carphone Warehouse.

I have since gone on to my Vodafone account through their website and have noticed the option to upgrade. I went through all to the process to upgrade until the final click needed.

Should I go through and upgrade again or should I contact Vodafone about my tariff?

Many Thanks,

Splemoni.

i would go back to Carphone Warehouse and find out what's going on there the one's that you signed the contract with
because if CP as taking over it will go though them if some things goes wrong with the phone at anything

Who are you paying each month? CP or Voda

Things might have changed but when i was with CP i was on O2 but i paid CP and not O2

Don't do an upgrade till you find out what's happening or you could end up paying 2 bills.

  • Well when I found out the tariffs were incorrect, the representive told me I would have to take it up with Vodafone as they set the iPhone tariffs and no iPhone tariff is 200 Texts at £36 a month for 24 months.

I pay to direct to Vodafone for this contract. When I was with O2 I paid to CP too.

Who 'they'? CPW sold you this contract on behalf of Vodafone. CPW must sort this out with Vodafone.
  • 'They' = Vodafone.

Ok I will go in to CPW again as soon as. With the still available upgrade, should I take advantage?

    Thank you for your time.

OP remember with vodafone you can upgrade early by up to 6 months, so perhaps you're new contract won't start through CPW until the old one with Vodafone finishes, I'm holding off for the new nokia or an iphone 4s, but want to wait till very close to my contract end in December, although i've been able to upgrade since September, it's been tough to hold off as my phone has been playing up recently too.
Thanks to all the competition posters.
