I really should have kept up those pelvic floor exercises all those years ago , but a chilled glass of the Pinot was much more appealing in my spare time !! :D

:rotfl:I believe the term is pmsl:rotfl:which now means there is a puddle forming under me....

I m with you on the chilled glass of wine.

Pelvic floor exercises (now there's a memory from the dim and distant past) :rotfl:

Hope the car does behave itself but glad you got home ok.

Loved reading about your posh bottles, I had some a few years back that looked like crystal but water marks used to leave them looking awful and I spent half my life trying to make them shine:eek:

Now if you ladies can keep your puddles under control I will be back later :D

Loving the range of subjects covered here...basic car maintenance, pelvic floors, wine...and decanting one's shower gel:rotfl:

    It's brilliant!!!

Am having an optimism attack here. A motorhome hire company called as they have a family needing a van for 2 weeks to go to France in June. £350 a week. Maybe just what we need!

The thing is, will we be able to keep such a stream of stimulating topics of conversation going for many years to come !! :rotfl:

I am so excited for you re the motorhome ! You would think it were mine ! :j Actually I'm also excited for the family who might be hiring it, but my loyalties are firmly with you first and foremost of course !! How do you feel about hiring it out though, a little bit sad, or not because of the opportunity to make some extra cash ? I think I would be a little torn. I'm even possesive of my tent ! But it does have carpet which I dont want anyone ruining !

On the Campervan note, your post made DD2 and I rush off to google campervans on ebay ! Actually thats not strictly true, I decided to check ebay for Vans as in the (trainers) and up popped Campervans instead. We then became a little distracted and emailed a whole host of them to Mr Pinot, not quite sure what he has made of that little lot popping into his inbox:eek:. Taking note of your words of wisdom Mrs B we looked at Bongos ( I think htats what you told me were worth a look at ) and VW's. The trouble is DD2 and I have fallen in love with a little red VW restoration project which DD2 has already named Ruby ! :o

We can but dream ! :A

It's almost as if we were all sitting in a wine bar somewhere, flitting from topic to topic. I suppose there's even a place for the wet patch...
