So sorry to hear of your dad passing Mrs Pg :A No wonder you've been away so long. I hope the garage gives you back the car, i've had garages do this to me so many times now that whenever I drop it off I make sure they know that I am only paying for what I've already o.k'd
they really should have something in place to stop them doing this to people!
