When I was a teenager I was infatuated with Kurt Russel who starred in 'The Quest' Don't suppose any of you will remember that which'll depress me by showing how old I am. Can't remember much about the show apart from he was an Indian (?) looking for his sister I think. Don't know why I thought you'd be interested in that:o

I've just looked it up on Google images......suffice to say with age my tastes have changed!

Kurt Russell isnt Indian is he ? Dont remember the film, but hasnt he got a dimply chin ? Hmmm then again I think I'm thinking of Michael Douglas's dad, whats he called ? Oh, is he the one that lives with Goldie Hawn ?:)

  • Actually do you know what, lets just throw them all into the mix, one can make the sarnies, one can make the smoothie and the others can wash the car. Can Pierce Brosnan please come, although he is looking a little old now and that one from The Hangover, Bradley someone ? And no its not Bradley Walsh before one of you lovely people suggests it !!!! Oh and maybe Dermot could come as well, I loved his little dances on the X Factor. Oh and Olly Murs as well !! Now I cant stop ! x

Hi there, Ive just read your diary it is very inspirational and positive

Ive picked up a few tips im going to use :D

    But what is snowman soup?

Hi AJ, Good to see you:wave:,

Snowman Soup was a craft project I done with the kids over Xmas ! Basically hot choc mixed with choc chipps, poured into a cone with mini marshamallows on top. Tied all prettily with ribbon and then a little poem or recipe ( ie mix with milk) attached. We then gave them as extra little hand made gifts over Xmas. There are threads on here, some people have made them look really creative with lovely poems. Mine werent quite so as we ran out of time for the poems, but the girls enjoyed making them ! :)

Hope to see you back here soon

    Pinot x

Sorry to hear about your pinky Kerri, karma got me for it too I sliced my finger open on an elasticated treasury tag. And then forgot and cut peppers up for tea yesterday (that really stings ) :D

Oh, and while we are at it, Hi Pinot :p

Ooh Pinot, I got all the ingredients for snowman soup, but ran out of time so didn't make them. I'm going to do it for this Christmas instead and not tell anyone that it was from last year *sniggers* although the choc chips went into a mahoosive flapjack I made.

itsadogslife, I put a plaster on mine so that I could carry on peeling spuds, and carrots :) almost had an incident afterwards with the grater oops
