Thankyou all for the hugs, and Mrs Happy I am sure that Mr Pinot would love a hug from you and wouldnt feel it too forward at all !!!

Granny I love the quote too, in fact DD2 read it to the boiler man yesterday who is going through some personal rubbish and he liked it as well ! :D

Mr Pinot seemed a little happier this morning as he packed, but we didnt mention the dreaded money word, so maybe thats why. I hate the idea of him worrying, thats my job not his. He works so hard, infact rarely stops, but as much as I tried to knock some sense into him last night ie how much better off we are this year than last etc, and to be honest last year it couldnt even have gone on credit, it had run out the year before. We have been living without credit now for 2 and half years I think, we quite literally couldnt have paid it. The car wouldnt have been fixed therefore he couldnt have got to work and we would have sat and shivered and boiled kettles for hot water. In his heart of hearts he knows all of this but I think the thought of spending basically a grand in one day freaked him out. We have quite alot of other expensive things coming up unfortunatley as well, and as is our usual story we are waiting to be paid. Coupled with the news we had last night and also that a contract we have for June has been cut short by 10 days, it wasnt the best.........I'm confident we will cover those 10 days so Im not as concerned as he is. All will be fine I am sure of it !!

So onwards and upwards...............whats on the list for today?

Mr Pinot has gone away for a few days now, back Sunday or Monday.

[STRIKE]Solicitor has sent me a lovely letter in which to forward to our non paying client. If that doesnt make her see that we are serious, I dont know what will !! I will get that sent to her in a second.[/STRIKE] DONE - God I feel sick, am shaking like a leaf. Not sure why. I will make coffee and find cookies to eat to calm myself down !

Send out amended available works dates to all clients now that things have changed slightly due to this other contract and try and drum up some extra work.

[STRIKE]Take back some items I bought last week when looking for a dress for the hen night and get refunds. Really need those after yesterday !! [/STRIKE] Going now, after downing coffee and cookies !

[STRIKE]Try and pop to the gym and carry on trying to strengthen the back, not had time to go this week and thats not good, even if I only swim.[/STRIKE]Bag packed, will go on way back from getting refunds and see what I can manage.

[STRIKE]Both my girls have really important exams today, so I will be thinking of them wishing them luck in my head all day long ![/STRIKE] Have text them wishing them luck as well , even though they arent allowed to look at their phones it made me feel better !

[STRIKE]Collect Hub cap ( anlother £16 for Mr Pinots car) he thinks someone stole the last one ![/STRIKE] Oops I drove straight past and forgot to stop to collect it !:o

Business and personal paperwork needs to be done !

[STRIKE]Pay some cheques into the bank[/STRIKE] Going via shops for refunds and gym

Put more stuff on ebay ( 2 more items sold last night) :D

[STRIKE]Do some washing and ironing.[/STRIKE]:( Done the Washing but not hung out yet and had no time to iron yet, maybe I will do that tongiht

    Buy food, we have none.:(

[STRIKE]Oh and my 10p trailing fushias arrived yesterday ( plug plants apparently ?!). Not being very green fingered I rang my mum as I wasnt quite sure what to do with them. She is coming over today to take them and look after them for me and when they are ready to put in baskets she will do that ,then miraculously appear with beautiful hanging baskets !! :o[/STRIKE] Yey !! Fushias are being lovingly looked after by my mum ! I cant be trusted with plants !

I appear to have quite a long list and no doubt as usually happens I will end up working all day and the other jobs wont get done, but needs must !

Oh Mr Pinot managed to make the beginnings of four more pictures that he intends selling over the wekend. He is hoping to finish and get at least one on ebay when he gets back Sunday. He enjoys doing it and finds it quite therapeutic and relaxing which is a good thing.

Right after that mammoth post I'm off to make the beds and get on with the day :D

Catch up with everyone later xxx

Feel like posts these last few days have been a bit doom and gloomy and I hate it when they are like that, but I have to just tell you all that DD2 and I have sat down this evening and watched DIY SOS and cried and cried

We really have no right to worry, be sad or down about this situation we are in or the bills we had yesterday. Not having sat and watched the programme we did this evening.

Now,I admit to wearing my heart on my sleeve, but this one was a real humdinger tonight. Mr Pinot called to see how we were all doing just after it finished and I explained that I was a bit shell shocked but told him that after him feeling so worried yesterday that he really ought to watch this programme as well. All I kept telling DD2 throughout was we are so lucky......... you are so lucky.....please always remember that.

Anyway Mr Pinot is now sitting in his hotel room watching it, must have found it on i player or something and has just text to say he is 10 mins into the programme and is sitting in his room in pieces.

I feel like the luckiest girl in the world tonight thats for sure x

Oh no , how many did he flick out ? !:rotfl:

Thats just reminded me the tooth fairy needs to remember to visit her this evening. She was most disgruntled that Tallulah forgot to visit last night !

Oh no............ whats wrong with my girls, just had a call from DD1's room, it looks like she has a piece of glass stuck in her toe !

I can't remember exactly, I just remember that it was gross. he did have big teeth growing behind them, it's the oddest thing I've ever seen a cat do.

You've reminded me that I was going to make tooth fairy bags for my craft fair, will have to do those next month now, not enough hours in the day! x

Oh no, youve just reminded me again that the tooth fairy forgot to come again last night ! Not sure if shes noticed yet :o. She is 11 so I know she doesnt really still belive in her but I like to keep these thing going for as long as I can !!

Tooth Fairy bags sounds wonderful, my girls have little pots as we lost our bags, but they have to sit by the bed rather than under the pillow and its not quite the same x They leave a note for the Tooth Fairy under the pillow though, these days its along the lines of "Dear Tallulah, please may I have a white Blackberry Torch or an i phone if you are feeling particularly generous. I have been a really good girl !!"

Off to the docs with DD1 this morning......... glass still stuck in her now swollen and very painful toe !

She is thrilled with some time off of school, actually I could send her in for an hour or so before her appointment, but I wont cos I am a terrible mother and I actually like having her at home for a little while ! She is hobbling and she has her least favourite teacher this morning so she is staying with me ! :D

This to is a rather infamous big toe , having already had a sewing needle stuck in it not too long ago whereby a general was needed to remove it !! ;)

Ooh eeek, how did she get glass in her toe. Hope it gets sorted quickly for her today.

Loads of folk I know have mentioned DIY SOS. I have never seen it before and no idea what has been going on. Must go and try to find it. Is it on iPlayer?
