Hope DD's toe is better soon, tell her to wear shoes! or just not leave things lying around on the floor*looks at rather messy own bedroom*

:rotfl: I'm so glad I wasn't the only one. I even thought, probably not a sensible thing to do with a bad toe. "silly, silly Granny"

Holey Pant Hockey sounds quite entertaining !! We could have invented a whole new Olympic Sport, I bet it would have the potential to get more spectators than the Womens Beach Volleyball, especially with us lot coaching the team ! ! :eek:LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Well the Toe Drama appears to have been glass ,only ,despite having a good prod around it appears to have either come out now or gone further in, so we will have to wait and see if the Big Toe grows bigger and pusey ! (Piq note spelling if you are skim reading of the word pusey !!!) She is hobbling for all its worth, like mother like daughter tbh, we made a fine pair attempting to walk across the car park !
Think she is milking it for all its worth though, but she is now in school as she didnt want to miss Music. She did try and convince me to collect her after the lesson had ended so that she missed Maths and something else she doesnt like much, but I'm not that soft !!
Despite that, I have eaten two custard doughnuts this morning with copious amounts of coffee , to help wash the tablets down of course.:o
Been to the post office and posted two more ebay items. Another sold last night , so I need to package that up.
Have yet more car trouble appearing I fear. Mine didnt want to start today, did eventually but there is yet another big wet patch underneath, I will check if its oil or water in a bit. I did have a dream last night though about having problems with my car and it being destined for the Great Car Grave Yard in the SkyMaybe its a omen or maybe its just my sub conscious reminding me that its something I worry about constantly, how will we ever afford another car ? ! I know I'm not alone there, many of us are having the same worry.
Anyway, I have photographed two riding helmets/ hats to pop on ebay later and I am now off to send another witty response , courtesy of my Solicitor to the "Company that Wont Pay". They sent a hilarious response to yesterdays letter, still in denial that they owe us anything and apparently their "advisors" arent back until next week. Best they get some "advisors" that work normal office hours then !!. My Solicitor has drafted something for us, "just to scare the pants off of them for the weekend" she said  . She writes a damn scary letter ! I am finding this strangely satisfying, but I am also having a very very slight panic that they have a very big trickup their sleeves and will totally sc**w us over even more than they have already done so.
I am trying to get hold of the solcitor to go and have a quick chat with her this afternoon to calm my nerves ! She will probably think I am a mad woman, but then thats nothing new really. :rotfl:
Byee for now xxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Thankyou, I have just got off of the phone to her and she is very soothing !
So........ I have hit the send button, and hit them with her "kind" email to give them something to chew on over the weekend ! Feel a bit sick, so stupid . At the end of the day what have we to lose ? We dont have the money anyway so they have already sc**wed us over. Its nt in my nature to be horrible to people, so although they have been horrible to us doing it back to them is a weird feeling !! Now I sound even dafter dont I ?!!

Ugh I think it is so horrible when people don't pay what they owe you and then you have to be all hard and horrible when it's not your nature. But it's better than letting them away with it.
I watched the DIY programme - thanks for the link slowly fading - thought they made a lovely job of the house. Good idea the way they split the girls' bedroom into two distinct spaces.
And did anyone else thing that the man was great looking when he was younger?
He's such a lovely guy and great role model for his girls.
