Help wanted for NTL deal

My mum a pensioner has been offered by NTL a deal whereby she can get her phone, her television channels and now broadband for £30 a month. She currently pays £22 a month for her phone and TV channels. Do you think I could get any better a deal with them. She doesn't want the hassle of changing but she would like broadband. She does use her computer a lot, although not the internet as dial up is so slow!!! I think broadband would be good for Tesco ordering, e-mails etc. I have to say it sounds like a good deal already but I would love someone to say its not.
