parking problems

Are their actions actually impacting on you and the other residents? ie, is it difficult/impossible to find a parking space for your own cars? Are they damaging the grounds by parking on them, eg are they parking on the lawn? Or are you just annoyed at the principle of it?
If it is having a significant effect on you, I would get together with the other residents and approach the solicitors together in a friendly way. Start from the assumption that they just didn't know their actions were wrong rather than accusing them of deliberately stealing the spaces. Is there another place they can park nearby? Offer them a solution rather than just going in with a complaint and you're more likely to get a good result.0 -
To be honest it's a bit of both. I know it sounds petty but i parked on the complete other side ( i drive a smart car ) and they got me clamped. Yet they block the entire front.
The solicitor is somehow linked to the developer. He handles all the sales , also registers all the management companies that have "looked after" the block, creates all the companies that get award maintenance contracts. We are low on spaces but the management company has said no one can park on the front apart from the solicitors now.0
