1) Look at your tenancy agreement. It should be on there. So should an address for him for serving Notices and formal correspondance (though it may be c/o the agent)But we don't know who the LL is?
2) The Land Registry will give you the property owner's name/address for £4
3) The agent has to give you his name address within 21 days of a written request. WRITE AND ASK. see Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 section 1. Failure by the agent to reply with LL's name/address is a criminal offence.
Don't wait. Do this today. Get all these actions started. Properly. In writing.0 -

Now, I would also recommend speaking to Environmental Health about them doing the work themselves and billing the landlord (I think this is emergency remedial action, section 40-42 of the housing act). It might be a path open to them.0 -
