On my phone, when you click on the option, it says:

It was a thankyou gift for being with o2 for so long, iv been with them over 3years and got a £15 voucher, not sure but i think its only pay as you go as my bf never got one, mind you, my mum never got one either and shes payg, they must be doing it in stages?

Got a text yesterday for my 4th year with them (ha ha been with them about 10 years lol). Never mind £10 voucher anyway. It's on my phone right at the top of "All Offers" and it just says o2 Anniversary.

Just noticed on mine an offer for a free Elf DVD from HMV. Runs from 16/11/12 - 19/11/12 and not valid to use between 12pm 3pm. As usual this is on a while they're available.

Pity I didn't check the application while I was in town this morning! Doh!
