Claimed my Cafe Nero hot chocolate today, felt very swanky wandering around holding the cup as I usually don't buy things like that!

If using the mobile app I believe it should be under the me section.

No.Ive looked in both those sections and theres nothing, very annoying.

Loving the amount of Haribo codes that keep reappearing - would love it even more if the shops 1. Had any left 2. Didn't keep saying 'it finished last week'.

Bagel factory free bagel has reappeared too! And the Coffee Republic bacon sandwich is still there.

i got one last month i got a £15 argos Voucher which i was pleased with!.. i think i stumbled on it under the 'shopping' tab, gave me an option for debhamans, argos or chocs from hotel chocolate,

Stupid me didn't load the Nero voucher before I entered the shop then it wouldn't work. I just had to pay as a queue had built up ! As soon as I stepped outside it worked again

Its the o2 app itself... it s very badly made!!! sometimes it just doesnt load at all..

Went to cafe Nero in Doncaster with a friend, ordered two biscuits one latte and one cappuccino fully intending to pay for one drink and the lady said I get a drink for me and a drink for a friend free! Couldn't believe it, she also gave me a loyalty card with six stamps already added and said they were giving these to O2 customers too as a bonus! Happy days
