has anybody had confirmation of a free odeon ticket when they redeemed online only to find the text was never sent ?

My phone was switched off when I got confirmation of the redemption - does that make any difference ?

Ordered on 3 different phones, mum and dad phone switched on husbands phone switched off but all texts came through ok

I was on my phone yesterday at 2pm and the offer wasn't showing, also wasn't showing for my mum or my friend other times of the day so they may of pulled it?


Also about the app only letting you click 'use it' at certain times of day, i'm pretty sure it's not that advanced as once you click on the page for the offer you can click anytime.

Back when they had 20% off at hmv i used the code and left the app in the background. I went back on the app and the code was still showing a day later so i could of used it again. I don't think the app will register what time of day you're viewing the offers so you should be fine whatever time of day you look at it

Has the Elf offer been on today? I've been looking on the hour every hour hoping it would come up.

I used the £10 off £20 spend at Body Shop yesterday. The women on the till saw I had my phone in my hand and said "which offer do you have". Wonder what other offers were going on?

I am with tesco O2 and yet when I try to register either on the pc or the phone app I am advised I am not an O2 customer! Any advise please.

you arent an O2 customer
you are a Tesco customer
They use the O2 network

I'm on Tesco but still get the offers.

Just get yourself a pay as you go sim card. Pop it in an O2 or unlocked phone and there you go you get the offers. I do sometimes make calls from the sim card though so I can keep the offers.

Was outside a HMV store today, when I looked at time it wa 2.55 so checked phone & it was showing - at last - (said only between 12 & 3 on mine) I went inside queue was huge but I clicked use now & joined queue. Got to front after about 15 minutes & was told it was only on between 12 & 3 but seeing as I had been queuing they would let me have it.
