I went to M&S a couple of days ago to get a few things with the codes - woodfired pizza and a gastropub lasagne, got to the checkout and the app just would not load. Queue was forming behind me so had to pay full price Was a bit miffed! Had problems loading the app ever since too. Before that I'd never had any problems with it.

There does seem to be a problem in a lot of shops with getting a decent enough signal to load the app, so a good tip is to actually load up the voucher required before you go instore - saves holding up the queue or having to pop outside!

Although if you say you have been having problems ever since it may be something else - have you checked to see if you have the latest version?

I had much the same problem a week or so ago and the nice assistant in M and S advised me to take my phone to the street, as she said the reception in the store was not good. She even kept my shopping basket whilst I did this.

I got a Galaxy s3 case (£9.99) as a present for my mate as I didn't want anything for myself! Sure there's cheaper ones on ebay but this was a good quality one and was free.
