o2 priority moments freebies and offers (**updated**)

Did anyone tryto get the Maroon 5 priority ticket code - i sent a text to 51202 but it just did not go through.

I phoned o2 and was told that the number had changed to 21202 so i tried again and my monthly usage was texted to me.

Also my priority moment code for Millies Cookies disappeared.

Is there any way of finding out when your anniversary month is?

I never saw the ASK offer on my app which is annoying seeing as there is one just down the road from me. Odd.

I assume it is the month you renew your contract.

But those on Pay as you go are getting them too, my MIL got the Debenhams one & she's been with them for a year whereas I've been with them for 9/10 years & nothing.

used my o2 £10 voucher today. skull candy headphones were £12.99 so i just got some normal ones for £9.99.. ok for free, never noticed any downtime tbh as dont really use the o2 phone, its a payg i keep on the side.

Another customer came in the shop and asked what he could use his voucher on when i was there also.

don't know if those who (like me) have been with em years but don't get the £5/ £10/ £15 vouchers wanna post but i started a thread in the o2 community. if enough of us complain o2 may see it and take note.

I went into O2 shop today & the staff had never heard of the anniversary loyalty vouchers - they were amazed. One was surprised she had never had them.
