I got £15 maybe a month ago and it was a text but then via the app to retrieve it. I do have a smartphone though so it may be different for people without.0 -

I got a text from O2UK that said 'Have a gift on us. It's our way of saying thanks for being with us for 2 years this month. Just open Priority Moments to choose your gift.'0 -
Free ASK pizza yesterday was really good! Much better than the Zizzi ones (not that I can complain - they were free!)0

i've been with 02 for over 10yrs and had nothing - just shows how much they (don't) value longer standing customers.loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -

I've been with o2 for 7 years and I did receive the voucher. On the other hand, my mum has been with them for 2 years and had nothing. But perhaps they are rolling it out, as mine was received over a month ago.0 -
By the sounds of it you will only get this gift on your anniversary month - means I will have to wait until May now!I've been with o2 for 7 years and I did receive the voucher. thanks both...... thats February for me lol (well thats when my contract changes). if its my birthday thats March and if its when i orinially signed up......... who knows!
so if its £15 voucher for 3yrs do you think its £45 for 9yrs - that'd be nice :rotfl:loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -

I agree, I have been with O2 10 years too and have had no good offers like mentioned above.
I have been due an upgrade since May 2011 but decided to keep my phone and tariff, only recently have I decided I want to change from Blackberry to iPhone (purchase the phone myself and stay on SIM only) but O2 will not change my data plan, even if I sign up for another 12 month contract - they want to change my whole tariff and give me less for an extra £10 per month. I even said I will look else where for a better deal and cancel my contract with them (although I would prefer to stay with O2), but they just don't seem bothered about keeping their long standing customers.A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0 -

same here - I've had the same number since 1997 when it was BTCellnet (I think) & have never had an anniversary voucher.
I'm having enough difficulty getting my £10 voucher for the disruption in July & have had to print out a transcript of a 'live-chat' to take into an O2 store to claim it - despite already having been to 2 different O2 stores where they haven't been able to resolve the issues.
I did get Christmas cards from BHS last year though, as they didn't need a code, just looked at my network!0 -
Went in to use my £10 o2 voucher and got an in-car charger. Delighted as it was £9.99. Only downside was forgot to go into WH Smith which is right across the road. If I'd a brain I'd be dangerous. If I had known then what I know now . . .
:A Official Boots Tart (I seem to be retired just now though) :A0
