o2 priority moments freebies and offers (**updated**)

Usual meal deals on today, plus a Thorntons Chocolate bunny for free. My store were also offering a big box of chocolates reduced from £4.50 to £2 to all o2 customers (sorry can't remember which chocs as I didn't buy).

My local is normally half empty with sandwiches at 11 but today there were loads. Looks like the people who normally get them before work are missing out which is shame for them.

Personally I've not had any boots sandwiches since Christmas, all the veggie sandwiches in the new range have white wine vinegar in which i cant have

I have been redeeming the free Caffe Nero coffee every week at the same store and I order the same drink every time – Grande Decaf Latte. Today I was asked for 10p for the decaf option which has never happened before. There is nothing in the terms and conditions that mention this.


I told the Barista that this is news to me, so he put the transaction through without the charge. I've contacted O2 priority customer care to clarify, but has anyone else had this problem?

They have new sandwiches and wraps. Mine has more veggie options now so worth checking. I love the veggie sushi...not sure if that has white wine vinegar too though. They have also started doing fruit salads as a main...they are small but I buy the meal for the Shapers bar and drink rather than the main part so just use as a snack.

We have spoken to our Campaign manager about this offer and they have advised us that decaffeinated coffee is classed as an extra and as such is not included in the offer.
