I have a old nokia. The app working fine only the dots never flash. I went to footasylum in birmingham last night and they said I can use the offer as the dots do not flash. I told its not flashing at that type of phone. The staff started laugh and been told I need get a new phone. They are very rude. I walk out from shop one of the staff told me I need put the shose back where I get it. I email customer service and let you know what happened.

Although they gives us these offers...sometimes the staff can be very rude about it.. We have all got O2 phones in our house.. We went and got 2 delide france and 1 uppercrust lunches at the train station last Sunday,, went the following week on Monday and at Upper Crust the woman said to my daughter " Ive seen u be u cannot get another free lunch"", but my daughter said but I have a different code..u can even check to see if Ive used it b4...
I mean how did she recognise my daughter from over 1 week apart..and we only went to train station to get these offers, else we dont even go to train station ..
