Couldn't find the HMV store last week, but found it today only to realise the offer had expired.:( It wouldn't show up on my 'saved' offers either.

how do you work that out?
the priority moment is active until X people redeeem it(it seems)
its not a personal code. its a generic code thats active on the screen.
HMVs T&Cs are that it can be redeeemed once in 24 hours.
if they wanted it to be unique and used once. then they would set it up to be a one use code. just like the piza hut £1 pizza deal.

I had the pizza hut deal saved under my offers on my phone, even though it was removed from the main menu on the app. However when I tried to redeem it at pizza hut on friday it kept saying no network connection or just kept loading instead of generating any code... so couldn't use it.

There was no problem with my internet connection as I redeemed another offer code. I think it was due to the fact it had been removed from the app.
So even though you may have some deals saved under my offers ...even after they a removed...they may not always work.

Glad luckystar was able to use hmv one though in this case.

Ive had that on my phone. thought it was because it generally sits on wifi and perhaps it needed mobile internet to confirm its o2 status.

Forgetful

Went to get the Upper Crust and Deli de France one tday at the train station,, but they had a sign up saying only available monday to saturday..... but not in the 02 t&c..

I used the HMV one today. I had it saved but it wouldn't open properly in store. I went oputside store but it still wouldn't load, then eventually it told me the usage limit had been reached. I went back in and said I couldn't get it to open and the guy checked that it really was on an O2 app and gave me the £5 off anyway.
He'd had someone earlier in the week who tried it with a screen capture of the app, but he wouldn't let them have it.

I've still got the HMV on my phone and just activated it no problem, better go and buy something no, before it expires!
