I used this for the first time at W H Smiths last week and got a free photo calendar and an individual Christmas card. Once you click the use now button the code appears and you have 15 minutes to use the code.0

Hi sorry if this seems really obvious but how do I use the offers on the app? Do I just tap on 'Use Now' button and show to the cashier or something? I'm too scared to tap on the buttons in case there's a time limit or something!
If you haven't already, tap on 'Save for later' as it then makes it easier to go to the offer when you are ready to use it. There are normally time limits on the offers once you tap 'Use it now' so wait until you are ready to use it or just before you get to the cashier.0 -

Most importantly, make sure the items are available first. There have been times I've been into a store to collect an offer and the store has run out of stock.Smiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

Thanks so much for all who replied to my query - I shall be looking out for more offers from now on!

Its back ADVENT FREEBIES , today is a Free box of ANY Xmas cards from WHSmith - loved this last year got some lovely cards worth about £6
Does the offer change every day, on my app it says expires in 3 weeks?
I would love a free box of cards but am feeling under the weather with the worst cough I've ever heard - if I venture out people would think me a health hazard, which is probably true.
It my first Xmas with O2, it been great so far - I got the calender and single card, missed the choc reindeers and coins due to the flu but looking forward to more rewards0 -
I just got the chocolate coins and the cards today, plus the wrapping paper from the O2 store.0

The offer from WH Smith usually runs for a week but you would want to get there early as they run out of stock pretty fast or the codes run out.
O2 should have a new offer every day for 12 days I believe, if it's the same as last year!0 -

Thank you loranius for your reply. Yay, 12 days of offers and they last more than a day each. Fantastic! :T0 -
Got my cards this morning (were priced at £6.99!). Also claimed the Halfords de-mister pad.
Local 02 branch was useless when trying to claim the giftwrap though, two members of staff both busy being Guru's and ignoring anyone else who came into the shop. Eventually got it after the 3rd visit!0 -
I got the wrapping paper, cards and choc coins today
The Hotel Chocolat reindeer code had run out by the time I got the app to work. I had to go past the shops anyway, so these offers are really helping my Christmas budget!
