Finally got it to work again by clearing the phone cache via Settings > Storage > Cached data and then rebooting.

Halfords have 2L ready mix screen wash in stock but have been hiding them in the store room so customers can't get it via O2 Priority.

It's sad that they can't simply be honest and say they had an allocation of free ones which have already been claimed.

Telling lies to customers is never a good idea.

I was there on Monday and got a member of staff who didn't know what one it was so activated my code and then searched the shop for them, after 10 mins a manager shouted out from the back "they're all gone!" :mad:, I was not impressed, there is another branch which I don't pass very often but the staff there are lovely and I'll go there for any purchases I may need instead now. I know its a freebie and I was visiting another shop on the retail park so didn't really go out of my way but this is just bad customer service and free or not the customer service should be right.

Claimed my Screenwash in Halfords today. None on the shelves but just by chance I talked to a lady at the till on the way out who had some put aside for people who came in. Then had to go outside to get the website to work and give me the code, luckily she was really nice and thought it funny that I was going to give to to my Dad as treat!

Just go to the Priority Moments website but via the internet browser on your phone. Works on 3G for me but even better if there is free wi-fi nearby.
