I had the same issue before with one of the O2 deals in Nero and I contact customer services and got vouchers for free coffee!

Well I sent an email to Nero 5 days ago now, not heard anything back, not even a "yeah but I don't really care..." No response at all. Maybe they used money lost on free coffees to cut the customer service department.

Just to update and give Nero the credit where it's due; I had a reply to my email yesterday sending an apology for the error and that the coffee I had ordered was fine to order but that any upgrades in sizes would cost extra. Here is a quote:


To confirm extras are included in the promotion, for example syrups and soya milk, however to upgrade to grande is not part of the offer
