Glad it was mentioned on here, as the WindowsPhone app does not remove ones where they run out (if you add them to 'saved' items they stay there until the date expires).

if you still have the code saved with the windows phone app it can still be rejected at the till as the till knows that all the available codes have been used up - depends if you get a cashier thats willing to override the till

also dont try an uninstall/re-install of the windows phone app as you cannot install it anymore
