o2 priority moments freebies and offers (**updated**)

I think the "problem" is with the freebies is that they are so popular its best to get them sooner rather than later. If a freebie appears on my app I try and get it that day or the day after however sometimes this is not always possible. Ive been with O2 now for a good 7 maybe 8 years and Ive taken advantage of the moments for the last 2 years since Ive had my Iphone and I think its great what freebies we can get. Sometimes in a good month the freebies are worth close to £20 odd which is about half my monthly tariff and some of the items Ive got free I have gone on to buy more or use the store for buying, other places have put me off but overall its good

This happened to me over Christmas on a few things so now I just think I'll get it if I'm in the area I'll get it but otherwise I'll not put myself out, it is annoying though I agree.0 -
I think the problem is people taking screen shots and using it more than once when it's a generic code, theirs only a limited amount available before they take the offer away, O2 need to become more strict and not allow those only getting a sim for the freebies, they should only be for those on contract or those topping up a certain amount every month0

Yes this has expired. Went into Neals Yard OMG got an absolute jobsworth grr who proceeded to show be the T&C of the offer. If its supposed to encourage you to return to the shop then they failed big style!!
What was the issue at Neals Yard? Anything in the T&Cs? Looks like a free hand cream with no obligations and still unexpired. Thought I'll check with you before I go over the weekend. tia0 -
I managed to get 2 Neal's Yard creams yesterday. My mum is on O2 as well0

Did anyone else get excited when they saw free 30ml L'occitane? I did until I clicked and realised that you have to spend £20 to get one? :-(0
