I was with a debt management company for a few years, i left them over a year ago because (in brief) they duplicated debts, they discussed my accounts after i left them, sent payments to creditors i didnt owe anything to, told me debts had been sold when they hadnt,…

Just an update! its now the 7th working day, if the postman doesnt bring me a letter today, i will be sending a letter informing them i will be taking them to a small claims court and the ombadsman, think i might also report the data protection breaches as well, as the letter will take me ages i may as well go the whole hog and drag every mistake up! If anyone has any advice it would be gratefully received

Reading the stories and advice on here has given me the strength to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and that light will shine bright in......
2013, the year i will be debt free and also default free!! ((I will never have a credit card again ))
