So as agreed, no change on the diesel cost but disguising it in the hype for their petrol reduction. Oh well.
If tesco have no competition they are happy to charge what they can get away with (evidence from where I used to live and where i live now... thankfully I have other options close to where I work)0 -

I would think so - Asda are known for being one of the very few companies that operate a nationwide petrol price. They don't go in for Tesco's trick of pushing the price up where they don't have any competition.ELITE 5:2

Should be good then! Nearest asda filling stations to me are on other side of city near motorways! Got about 5 morrisons filling stations near me so hopefully they'll reduce price a little!0 -

Hold on to your 5p off receipt, you can use up to 3 receipts ie 15p off/ litre as long as the receipt are in date. I have been using max 3 receipts all this time.

Diesel 1.33euro in France... Makes it about £1.18p. However, do be aware of false economies. My car (BMW X5) does over 10% better MPG on BP or Shell than on any other brand. I read up a bit on this and the brand COULD make upto 15% difference. I don't work for BP or Shell!
Worth testing if you have the time or inclination :-)0 -
It was about 1.20 euro (£1.03) in Luxembourg, and 1.30 (£1.12) or so for petrol last week.0
