Tiscali Postal Address Anyone?

Hi,

Can anyone provide me with tiscali (broadband) postal details (address)?
I want to write a letter to cancel my account, have tried calling their disconnection department but can't get through after waiting 20-30 minutes they just cut me off (tried the 0845 number as well as their London switchboard. I have searched their homepage with no luck.

I did a google search and this is what came up

The 0845 number they give for cancellations in the contact us section of the site opens at 8am monday to friday - I've rung a couple of times between 8 and 8:30 am and got straight through.

I now have my MAC and am leaving Tiscali as soon as possible - shocking speed and shocking service!

Unfortunately I usually travelling to Uni during that time, but I'll give it one more shot tomorrow. I have already got my MAC code over a month ago and like you it was the shocking speed. Thanks.
