Do you mean the giftcard from the Elle mag?
I think the giftcard was for Kurt Geiger branded stuff only,thats why people were buying the K.G giftcard with the Elle giftcard so they werent restricted,..thats what i was gonna do anyway,i wanted converse too,and had planned on combining it with the free £20 welcome offer...wouldve got daughters converse for £14 that way.

they are leather but im wondering if they will exchange or as it was a glitch just refund what i paid ?

I ordered some heels and they were really small fitting. I took them into the shop today and asked if they had them in the next size and it was no problem she just exchanged them. If they ask just say u were a first time customer on the website and u got the £20 discount as the elle card just shows as cash anyway on the invoice. If it is just an exchange they should be ok! The girl said the size fitting really varies between styles. Hope this helps x

thanks for that, so do you think if i send them back, they will just exchange them, i really like them but they seem like 1 size smaller !! guess its always a risk buying shoes online, wish there was a KG shop around here

Yeah I'd say they would just exchange them! That's what I was going to do if they didn't have them in the shop. Yeah it is risky as I have a few pairs from there and have been normal fitting but these were tiny! I was wanting to get some of the miss kg flats but they don't stock them in the KG shops so will have to chance the sizing again online as I still have a card to use (I know i have 12 months to spend it haha!)

Mine are too small also - gutted! Taking them back tomorrow to see what they can do.

I had some miss KG and some Carvela shoes they fitted fine ( not from this glitch ) but these boots are tiny, so narrow, i think ill risk and return them, fingers crossed x

I get a lot of Carvella (not from this glitch either) so looks like it is KG that is skimpy fitting! My shoes were so narrow too but the next size up was like my usual size and fit perfect.
