I ordered three different items with three separate gift cards. I've received one item and the other two haven't been dispatched yet. Anyone in same situation? It doesn't say anywhere about one card per customer.

just to let you know that the welcome code worked for me about 10 mins ago (unless they go on to take more off my card than stated ):)

Hi, No have not received my £50 voucher nor have they taken any money out of my account yet. All i have had is a confirmation email.

I logged into KG to see the status and it does not say despatched.

I placed my order on line at 8.30pm Saturday night....... does anyone know when they changed the T&C's ??

I dont think they are going to grant this:(, may have to call them tomorrow.

My boots came today, just in a box, not in tissue, and they are tight, not sure id pay £140 for then, really not sure what to do, should i try and stretch them or send them back for the next size up, think they may have been fed up with me getting them cheap lol

Many of their shoes and boots aren't leather, if they're not you're probably not going to stretch them so I'd exchange them.

I ordered from the sale last night and have had my despatch email this evening.

Do we have any consensus on what's going on with the welcome code and whether the elle card can be used on sale stuff still?
