hi I`ve received parking notice from TPS parking solutions.
I parked on disabled bay at front of college coz it was only empty available space and nobody parks there at that time, received ticket from 20:07:21 to 20:08:18.
should I ignore ticket or pay for it?

Just ignore. You don't owe them a penny.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Ignore them but prepare for what you will have to endure in harassment letters.

Read the 'sticky' threads at the top of the board, called 'welcome, please read before posting' and 'PPC letters, what to expect'. Make sure you watch the Watchdog clip on one of those stickies:

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/...play.php?f=163

Bottom line = this is a scam.

Ignore the letters, DO NOT APPEAL, but read the forum stickies I mentioned first. Then read any other private parking co (PPC) thread that catches your eye on the link to the whole forum view - you will see a pattern with the advice given every single day on here.

It's just a game of playing snap with each scary letter that matches our sticky info. Been there, done that myself.

Oh, and welcome to MSE, you just dodged a SCAM. :):T
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have to ignore even if letter says to go to court?

Ignore everything apart from a stamped letter from the actual court.

You'd be the first though because TPS have never ever taken anyone to court.

The only that will say you have to go to court will come from the court itself and have a court seal stamped upon it, this would be a administrative court not a criminal one where someone would claim you have failed to pay the invoice they gave you, which in order to do that they would have to prove that they have lost that amount of money by you parking there, which as they have not then they would be trying to claim a penalty which private companies can not enforce contractual penalty's by law so the case would be thrown out by the judge, as happened in most cases.
In fact the opposite would most likely happen the judge would rule the "charge" constitutes a penalty and fail the claim and award you your costs and expenses.
So in short, dont worry, its a scam of impersonation of authority, welcome to the forum, you have just saved your cash.
    IGNORE THEM.
