Yup. I don't buy shiny stuff as investments, either....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
It is astonishing especially when you think that for the 100k they could have picked up a starter flat and got their first crucial foot on the ladder. Not sure where the blame lies but most likely somewhere in todays education system.
Yet you keep saying I am a man-baby because I am doing exactly what you advise...
And sorry to keep bringing the same question up but you never seem to answer this one, can I have you thoughts on the following statement:
"A real man never objectifies or belittles another to make himself look better."Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017
Quit day job to run 3 businesses 08/02/2017
Started third business 25/06/2016

The bears and crashaholics often argue that renting is not dead money and that it is money well spent. Meanwhile in the cold reality of day in the sane World anybody and their dog can see that each month you pay down rent to a landlord, or for the man-babies on here, to mummy it is simply one less month you are away from paying down your own mortgage and owning your own home outright. But how much over the years have you personally wasted away paying someone else's mortgage?
Your effining weird... you want to suck your mummy's penis as a man baby? Transposition is an easy trap for the mentally unwell.
Anyhoo, renting is okay for certain circumstances - flexibility and ability to save, good. Why be tied to bricks and mortar if one can afford to rent but also have deposit money saved in the bank?
How much has someone paid into a mortgage for a !!!!! place they want to get rid of? Silly really.0 -

I'm sorry that you feel belittled in front of others with your situation. When you mature and move out I am sure that all will pass as you find more pressing, important issues to while away your time.
Hey don't worry, I don't feel belittled despite your constant attempts, my question is about if that really is the behaviour of a 'real man'?
While I got your attention what will change in my personality when I get the keys to my own place, my fiancee loves the man I am now but if I become a 'real man' the second I move out surely something is going to change about me?Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017

You said it, not me. I have no idea what you do for a living and was merely pointing out my own opinion of myself and standards.
I am a joiner. (a real one)
I might be knocking it on the head next year when i possibly buy a property outright so im currently thinking of other things i could turn my hands to.
Im torn between training to be an economist or opening up my own estate agency as i have heard a massive housing boom is just around the corner.
Or i might just sit on my ar5e and take a year off or summat:)0 -
