    I do know what I am talking about thanks. While the distance you run is not that much, it demonstrates that you are capable of doing the physical side of the job. Why do you have to avoid refined sugars AT ALL COSTS? Several people have posted the sort of thing you could eat, including chicken and pasta but you have argued with all of them. Maybe that is why you need so much energy?

    I think I will take a peanut and milk type drink, perhaps a vege drink. I don't want them to think I'm funny or anything. For them it is just tea and toast.

    I'm capable given the right conditions. I need a meal to get me going again. And two slices of toast and a cup of tea isn't going to do it.
