LOVEFiLM anyone tried

I bought this deal in the Amazon black Friday sales for £17.50. http://www.amazon.co.uk/6-Month-Subscription-LOVEFiLM-DVD/dp/B00653VKU0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1322566649&sr=8-1 it hasnt been delivered yet and im also not sure if im keeping it,or giving it as a Christmas gift,I have 2 questions.
1)if i decide to keep it,could i activate the free trial(to get £20 voucher) and then use this to continue with subscription after the 30days?,
2) if i give it as a gift will the person i give it to have to put in their own credit card detailsEmail addy etc or will this be connected to my Amazon account/Email or home address because im the one who bought it?..

Is it a gift voucher? If yes, you can add it after your free trial. If I recall, you can gift it to anyone you like.

TCB and Quidco offer up to £15 cashback for the free trial (they say that it isn't valid if you use another voucher code, so may not work with this £20 Amazon voucher offer, but then again it may work and worth a try!).

If you want to continue with your subscription, keep your eye on Groupon.co.uk as they keep having offers - £6 for unlimited 2 discs at a time (DVD or Bluray) for 3 months (tip - recommend your friends or others in your house - if they sign up, you get £6 credit, which could then pay for another voucher when the next offer comes through :beer:!).

For the last year I have bought a Groupon voucher for £9 for three months (3 disk package, upgraded from 2 disk) you have to use a new email address each time you have a new voucher (don't forget Quidco too!)

I always clear my list, send back all disks and cancel, they always try to get me to stay and some offers are very tempting! They usually offer £4.99 per month, buy one month, get one free which works out slightly cheaper than the Groupon voucher but ultimatly I still cancel my account and there have never been any problems.

The disks arrived very promptly, I always chose which ones to get next by moving them to 'high priority' one or two at a time and they always send them in order.

We average about 28 films per three month period and 1st class postage both ways is free, it works out about 32p per movie/game! I almost feel guilty!!

So they get a big thumbs up from me.

I have only got 3 cards so I guess that code will only work 3 times.
