my wife wants a new phone

My wife's old phone has packed up so she is using my old nokia which is also on it's last legs, need less to say she's not happy.

She wants one with a decent camera so she can take pictures of the kids when she's out. She quite likes the look of the Samsung Galaxy y S5360 but knowing nothing about phones I can't advise what to get. I looked at the nokia C5-03 which has a 5MP camera.

We don't want to spend too much money about £150 and really want it simfree. Can anyone advise? thanks
Nothing to see here, move along.

It's difficult to say as the requirements are too vague.
You are right looking at 5Mp+ cameras, but it's only one factor. Generally Nokia and SE cameras are known to be better.
    See:
    http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/pay-as-you-go/phone-finder
http://www.omio .com/deals/pay-as-you-go - use 'camera' tab and other tabs to filter.

Beware that if you buy a smartphone (like the above Samsung) you'll need either a tariff with the mobile internet included or to switch the mobile internet off in your handset.
  • There is no such thing as a phone with a "decent" camera. There's only "crappy", "slightly less crappy" and "Nokia N8" :D
