Hi, I have a business phone line with bt which I pay £59.97 per quarter for, I also have bt business broadband on the same line which cost me £60 per quarter line rental, should I be paying twice for the same line?

No.
Are you certain that you are though? Does the broadband bill show the line as a separate service? Is the phone payment just a calls deal or is that also for line rental?
Calling BT CS seems to me to be the way forward. Hopefully on a business package you might get some sensible support.0 -
I get two separate bills, one for phone calls and one for internet services, and there's line rental on both. I want to get all the facts before I do battle with bt.0

I dont think you have anything to 'do battle' for...£60/quarter is £20 a month and for business line seems to be a 'ball park 'figure and £60/quarter broadband again £20 a month doesnt seem expensive for a business connection, I suspect the broadband bill states broadband line rental, but its the rental charge for broadband not the physical line, bit like mobiles sometimes say ££xx/month line rental, when there isnt a 'line' at all0
