Contract Renewal Time
Well in December I've been offered to be able to renew my 3 contract, I spoke to them before and they said that I can have as a straight upgrade the iPhone 4, however speaking to them again, I mentioned the 4S (which to buy outright is about £120 cheaper!) they said I would have to upgrade to a £35 per month contract, am I thinking that someone has tried pulling my leg and attempting to get more out of me as thats not really a deal to me I've got two contracts with them, one for me one for the missus and been with them now over 2 years. They've been really good for us so far but something just does not feel right all of sudden.
I've been looking round for other contracts but can't quite see what takes my fancy. I'd like to keep my rate down as much as possible as we're paying
£25 - 25% off on first contract
£20 on second contract
Both we're 24 months and no setup fees.

The 4S contract will be more because the phone is more expensive. I can't see how the 4S release only a few weeks ago is less to buy than the 4 released over a year ago.0

I'm not sure from your posting if you wanted a new phone or just got tempted when they mentioned an iphone.
If the latter and you're keen to keep rates down why not stick with your current phone and get a better monthly rate off them or someone else?
In my experience over the last few years, and other comments here, that you have other contracts with them or have been with them for a few years doesn't seem to make much difference.0 -
you cant haggle with the iphone 4s it was out literally a few weeks ago and they have to stick with their tarrifs no matter how long you have already been with themWhat goes around-comes around0
