IMO nothing remarkable about those stats at all.

As they are SpeedTouch stats you can always check them using

    http://be.nfshost.com/

    Which says..
Expected download speed at your current sync rate: 408.19 KB per second (or 3266 kbit)

Expected upload speed at your current sync rate: 111.06 KB per second (or 889 kbit)

The average upstream sync speed attained by other users with the same upstream attenuation as you (32dB) is 963 kbit (81 kbit or 8 percent slower than your connection). If you are using Fast Path, then that would explain the increase.

Problem: Downstream attenuation is very high at 53.5dB.

Problem: Downstream sync speed of 3837 kbit is 740 kbit slower or 84 percent of the average for connections with the same downstream attenuation of 53.5dB.

Problem: High frequency of FEC Down errors (200.47/sec). Note that SpeedTouch routers have a habit of misreporting FEC errors, so this is not necessarily a concern.

Problem: High frequency of HEC Up errors (0.3/sec).

Problem: Signal Noise Margin Down (8.5dB) is extremely high. Be* may have put you on this profile to compensate for a high error rate. If you know that your line is actually reliable, lowering the value to the average of 6dB should give a sync speed increase. Call Be* to change it (3dB steps only).

Problem: There are some FEC Up errors. FEC errors are *corrected* errors, so these are probably nothing to worry about. Speedtouch routers have a habit of misreporting FEC errors anyway.

Try rebooting the router and check your downstream noise margin again - I'm guessing it will be ~ 6dB and your sync may be a little higher. My guess is that you last synced when noise levels were quite high rather than your target margin has been set high.

Ignore the comments about fastpath - your router is reporting FEC errors so you are interleaved for sure.

    I get this:

    Any thoughts?
Expected download speed at your current sync rate: 667.98 KB per second (or 5344 kbit)

Expected upload speed at your current sync rate: 130.00 KB per second (or 1040 kbit)

Problem: Downstream sync speed of 6279 kbit is 2302 kbit slower or 73 percent of the average for connections with the same downstream attenuation of 39dB.

Problem: High frequency of FEC Down errors (40.97/sec). Note that SpeedTouch routers have a habit of misreporting FEC errors, so this is not necessarily a concern.

Problem: There are some FEC Up errors. FEC errors are *corrected* errors, so these are probably nothing to worry about. Speedtouch routers have a habit of misreporting FEC errors anyway.
    I think....

I did wonder if they had capped us, Because we downloaded a HUGE amount one week, Although we are
    fairly high users anyway.

We went over the unlimited which appears to be 125GB a month. Seems we did close to that in one week.

Didnt surprise me, As we did the normal downloads, YouTube, ITV and BBC players and i spent most of the week
uploading tons of family photo's and video's as well.

Then downloading many to make sure they uploaded without errors.

Got a call from them and warned to cut down. Sure the old limit used to be something silly like 300GB.

So price increase and lower limits. And now slower connection speeds and issues with some websites
    late in the evening.

Seems to be an issue they cant fix, Or have not bothered for over a month now.
