OH upgraded his contract from old iphone to new iphone with ipad purchased to purchase for £99 and £65 a month combined.
All seemed like a good deal and when he signed up for the contarct they said they had no ipads in stock but it would be about 3 working days till they came in.We went away for kids hols and my hubby phoning the shop every day to see if it was in staock,no they replies.Exactly 1 day after his 14 day cooling period ends they phone him up to say its in stock,so oh went down to be told price for deal now over and he has tp pay £189 for ipad.Oh explained deal that was given to him 2 weeks prior and they basically told him tough !!!!! So now he only has iphone costing a fortune a month which he cant get out of contract.and no ipad and they wouldnt give name or number of area manager.Hubby phoned Orange complaints and they said that as it was an Orange shop it was out of their hands as they are franchises !!!!
Any help pls as OH well and truly peeved as stuck on contact which seems like a big con to get dearer conteact and you get nothing in return.

Consumer Direct, all the contract is null & void under the Sale Of Goods Act.
I'm aware of the deal as I looked into it for somone. Both the iphone & ipad 2 are tied to the £99 upfront £65 month deal....the problem is Orange, not yours as they failed to honour the contract. Consumer Direct it is they register the complaint against Orange Head Office local trading standards office.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe

Contracts normally get signed by both parties and both parties have copies in case things go wrong....he signed up for the contarct ...
And AFAIK Orange shops don't operate cooling off period. Does the contract or some other document say otherwise?
ETA: I posted this before seeing your last post. Verbal contract with a salesman in a mobile shop?! LOL. One has to be very naive to believe in anything salesmen say.0
