Is there any format of letter I can use to scare Excel parking away. My father who is disabled drove through their car park to park on the adjoining street and used his blue badge there, even confirmed with a parking warden he could park there which was under a sensor but still on the street and was told fine for up to 3…

How does that matter? It's the same scam, you said it was a private company using a camera to claim a fake PCN. Same advice applies re ANY PPC.

And the top link shows Excel's letters - Dad only has to play snap with each letter. Have you shown him the Watchdog clip yet?
