Nothing mate.
They won't care in the least i wouldn't have thought. Club/society accounts are ALWAYS a pain in my experience, and don't give the branch anything towards their targets.
Oh, and the reason you didn't get a call back for a day or two is because they're understaffed.Union official.

:staradminOK, latest is that Natwest have launched an investigation into the slow response!! I'm now getting calls from the people looking into it...!
Apologies to anybody put out by my original tone; as I'm sure you'll appreciate, I was venting off steam over the whole saga. There were some reasonable suggestions; but I didn't feel that going into a branch was valid against my aim. Had I have been told that on the first phone call, I would have done so, but I dont think it was unreasonable of me to expect a ring back within a few hours.
Today's episode is that the online banking (and phone banking by the looks of it) for NatWest is down, and has been since I first tried at 8am this morn!
