Possibly, but would need a lot more detail in order to do so.If you feel my comments are helpful then I'd love it if you 'Thanked' me!

I took someone to Small Claims last year and didn't need to use any legal jargon, just wrote the situation as clearly and concisely as possible whilst not omitting important details. And the clerks in the office should be helpful if you get stuck:)0

Hiya

The Consumer Rights board has help available on filing small claims, so I'll move your query across for you.
Good luck

You don't need to input any legal jargon or try to look clever in it. Just write the situation in a factual, emotionless way.0

Hi;

When you clicked on the link in Old Style you were automatically moved into your thread in its new home - i.e. exactly where you are now. Unfortunately the system doesn't tell you that you HAVE moved (your clue is only in the original thread link which tells you that the thread has been moved) although the navigation link at the top of the page does tell you where you are... Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Home & Play > Consumer Rights > Filling in court papers (Page 1)
I'll send you a PM (Private Message) in the hope that one way or another you'll find your way back here.

OP - which bit are you stuck on?
Whilst small claims is relatively informal and fast process, it shouldn't really be undertaken lightly as there are potential consequences.
Any further details you can provide?0 -
