Hi, after posting my complaint that Vodaphone had diddled me out of £10 when trying to reactivate my mobile (& failed but wouldn't reimburse) Guess what? The post was seen by Vodaphone and a lovely lady called Heidi has actually reimbursed me! So, if you're having problems suggested contacting: customer.care@help.vodafone.co.uk
