Vodaphone.....mobile help
Hi well not sure if i can get any help but last year my partner wanted a new phone but thy told him the one he wanted would cost him so he cancelled his contract and started a new one to get a new phone but couldnt keep his numner ... anyway i decided to take on his old phone (hiscontract was finished) so he started a new one for me, anyway the phone doesnt work properly anymore i cant ring out or scroll down or cancel ..
I dont know if i can get a new phone or if i will have to stick with this one and pay for the privialige of having 100 free minutes yet not be able to use them as i cant make calls ..
does anyone have any advice ? and should i have been offered a new phone with this new contract ??
