T Mobile HTC repairs
I have a HTC (Desire S) with T Mobile. I had it for approx 8-10 weeks when it suddenly froze. I took it to my local T Mobile shop who tried to reset it to the factory setting which failed. They sent it away for repair and it needs a new main board and has been awaiting parts for over 5 weeks now. It is so frustrating I have emailed T Mobile twice now without any reply and there telephone system is a joke.
Is there a length of time that T Mobile should have a repair done by/should I be entitled to any refund of my bill for the time my phone has been away for repair? T Mobile have given me a loan phone but it is a very basic Nokia phone. Has anyone else experienced HTC repairs with T Mobile.
Up till now I have had nothing but praise for HTC and T Mobile but I dont think I will ever have another HTC after this.
