Mortgage rationing! They are rationing mortgages, making it terrible for the young people....they very people who preyed for a crash have stopped themselves getting a house due to mortgage rationing.

    Oh....hang on.

    :rotfl:

And of course, elvis has left the building. Again.

No offence taken, I'm sure I'll learn to love again - Afterall, I don't see the point in any of the countless threads you spam the forum with.

Yer, cus a house prices report is spamming the "debate house prices" forum. Idiot.

I suppose in your world, it might be, as you simply don't like the report.

I don't have any feelings either way about the report...I don't really give a damn at all about the "debate house prices" forum, for that matter. I never come in here, because I view the whole "debate" as completely pointless.

What I do have feelings about is that you and Hamish and the rest of your cronies spam....yes, that's right, :spam: the moneysavingexpert forum every sodding day with whatever spin or propaganda that you've stumbled across and go through the same motions over and over on another thread.

If you and your homeboys could create a single thread entitled "rantings and ravings of house price saddos" and all contain your bile to that, my "new posts" feed could remain spam free and both "sides" would know where to go for your daily dose of [STRIKE]flirting[/STRIKE] sparring. Everyone wins.

Diddums. I couldn't give a damn about your new post feeds.

So I guess it remains for you to just click on stuff you want to read. There. Done. Easy.

Yes, quite. It's like my email inbox. I just have to skip over the :spam: and click on the genuine emails. So I can skip your :spam: threads just as easily, I suppose. The only difference is that the emails I get tend to put together relatively well reasoned arguments for why I should buy "v1a9ra".

Why don't those in the South West just up their game to earn more so they can buy the houses?

So let me guess how this thread went.....

    - Graham made a "spurious assertion" about house prices "round his way"

    - A lot of people pointed out he was talking nonsense

    - Graham disappeared from the thread to start another one about debt/the young of today/won't somebody please think of the children

    :)

    DEJA VU.

    - HAMISH made a "spurious assertion" about house prices "round his way"

    - A lot of people pointed out he was talking nonsense

    - HAMISH disappeared from the thread (WITH A PROPER GOB ON) to start another one about HOUSE PRICES RISING/HOUSE PRICE BOOM COMING/ WONT SOMEBODY PLEASE THINK OF THE BTL LANDLORD.

Hamish never returns to the original thread.

    :)
