the best thing to do is sit down with a cup of tea (or coffee/beer/other drink) and write down exactly what you owe and to whom, plus interest rates.
what are their minimum payments? are you meeting these (at the very least) each month?
do you have assets to sell (house/car) to pay off the debt?
next up is the budget, again the SOA or statement of affairs is how much you have coming in (income) and then write down everything you have going out. then people on here can give you ideas on how to help you increase the first and decrease the second!are you sitting comfortably?, then I'll begin.....

No advice from me, but just a measage of hope. This time last year we had debts of £29,000ish. After my LBM in August we have cut back, switched things, used cashback sites, budgeted etc and now owe "only" £12,000ish which hopefully will be gone in November.
Many other people on here have similar stories.
At first we all felt like you but take a deep breath, relax and work on it one step at a time. You will get there in the end. In the meantime we are all here for you.0
